A Kootenai man Richard Breeden 19 was arrested on a John Doe warrant charging simple assault after he allegedly threatened a property owner with a gun when told to stop cutting Christmas trees on the owner's land. A license plate helped identify the driver, bond set at 50, Breeden posted bond and was released.
