Judge Hagan Delays Ruling In Puckett False Arrest Case
Bonner County District Court heard the false arrest claim filed by Robert Puckett against Bobby Bistline after Puckett and two other youths were accused when a speeding car matched Bistline s description. Testimony showed disputed identifications and conflicting notes on the complaint. Judge Hagan said he would issue a verdict later after reviewing the evidence as Puckett, serving in the U S Army at Ft Richardson Alaska, was on leave for the trial.
