Potlatch to Acquire Townsend in Stock Swap Deal
Potlatch Forests Inc and Townsend Lumber Co announced Potlatch will acquire all Townsend stock for undisclosed Potlatch shares. Benton Cancell and Mark Townsend announced the deal, Townsend operates 27,450 acres of hardwood near PFI property in Arkansas and employs over 100 workers.
