Pacade Committee led by Charles Miffleton outlined parade formation for next Thursday with over fifty float pledges. Floats will assemble at the high school at 3 pm, with separate lines along the streets near Mrs Molloys and the grammar school. Cowboys on horses will form on grammar school grounds. Smith Funeral at Richland Springs
Funeral services were held at First Christian Church in Richland Springs for Tesse Enoch Smith 71 of Richland Springs who died Tuesday night in Waco. Rev J B Miller officiated. He had been ill for three months and had surgery at Lampasas hospital. Survivors include wife Emma B E Smith, daughter Jewell Atkins, brother Willie Smith, two grandchildren.
