Mankin to Introduce Anti Mask Bill
Williamson County Sun reports Representative Luke Mankin of Georgetown will propose an anti mask measure. The draft imposes fines up to 500 dollars for public masking near crowds, and sets 2 to 10 year penalties for seeking entry to private homes while masked. It classifies masked assault as a felony with possible death or life imprisonment, and cites an emergency clause to bypass standard readings.
