Jimmy Norwine, 11, of 2845 Huntington Drive, won a new bike for naming the shelter opposite Security Bank Palm Center. He submitted the winning title on November 10. judges of the BPA announced the result Tuesday. The Palm Center will host the official gift presentation later this week or Monday.
