LAREDO Oct. 7 UT Dr. Juan F de la Garza 92 physician surgeon since 1914 died Friday after a fall at his home fracturing his spine He was a native of Marin Nuevo Leon Mexico and graduated from a Mexican college later appointed by the Mexican army as physician surgeon in 1880.

Four Youths Held for Stealing Purses

Four juvenile gang members who frequented benefit picnics and carnivals to steal purses were turned over to juvenile officers by city police on Monday.
