Thanksgiving crash spurs farmer’s grateful tale in Canton

Terry Greenway barely survived a highway crash on US 12 when the steering wheel came off his truck a few minutes into a 20 ton corn haul. He veered into a tree, suffered minor injuries, and credited quick thinking and luck for his life. Volunteers helped move hundreds of bushels as family prepared a holiday feast. Holiday Madness returns to Saline with a parade, marching band, Santa, floats, prizegiving, and shop deals. The event features city hall start, Michigan Ave parade route, and reviews by local officials. SABA plans next Tuesday meeting to set officers.
