Kay Bailey a Saline High junior was elected state president of Future Homemakers at the Michigan F H A convention in Kalamazoo last week. She will assume the post in June and serve as a state delegate to the national convention in Los Angeles next month. Saline honors also went to Sue Dieterle and Bev Drake with college scholarships and Sue Fiegel who took second in scrapbook. Mary Alice Gierbach and Nancy Starling earned third in Songwriting.

The Saline Area Players report a successful run of Was This Murder with strong audience turnout Friday and Saturday.
