Saline Schools sue builder and architect over 65000 claim
The Saline Area Schools filed a Washtenaw Circuit Court suit July 3 against architect Guido A. Binda and his corporation, Spence Brothers general contractors, and Anthony Eugenio Inc painters. They seek $65,000, claiming incomplete specifications caused Eugenio to underbid painting. Council Ford Session Seeks Sewage Solution
City Council and Ford representatives met at the Ford plant to discuss flooding on the Eastbelt sanitary sewer line and potential remedies.
