Saline approves garbage and rubbish regulation ordinance
Saline City Council adopts Ordinance No. 233 to regulate and collect municipal refuse, prohibit burning, define waste types, set receptacle standards, assign supervision to the Public Works Superintendent, and establish penalties effective February 7, 1972. The measure repeals Ordinance No. 182 and outlines collection, transportation, and disposal rules.
