Lions Mark Christmas In Lion Like Style At Saline Club

The Saline Lions hosted a Christmas party at the Legion. Emcee Bill Mangold led a hula hoop demo and contest with prizes. Alan MacDavitt was inducted as a new member alongside wife Sue with Garry Dee and President Tom Collins present. Carols closed the evening with Aldred Guenther on piano.

Yale at Weller’s Saline Christmas Benefit

Early Yale at Weller's Saline fundraiser organized by the CB radio Friends of Bennie and Bonnie Shedd raised 1451.56 to aid the couple after a disastrous fire. The event featured prizes, big crowd, and gifts from area businesses, with tickets topping 200 sold by Garter Snake.
