Dining room decor included pink, yellow and orchid with tapers. Refreshments pleased attendees. Rubber stamp orders accepted at The Observer office.

Robbery at Dr Woodbridge Office
Thieves broke in through the back window of Dr Woodbridge's office Sunday night and carried seventy dollars a stethoscope and surgical instruments from the safe between church time and seven o'clock Monday morning. Fingerprints were collected by Deputy Randall as the sheriff investigated the scene.

Saline Gun club fell to Ann Arbor last Thursday evening, the season finale. Ann Arbor remains undefeated this season as Saline prepares for outdoor matches in .22 and .30 caliber. Walter Cook led both teams with 187 points, Haworth of Ann Arbor next with 186, then Don Shurtz with 1181. Five shooters posted perfect prone scores.

Car Stolen Near Depot Recovered After Days
Last Thursday Vernon resident Ginger parked near the depot and left in a coal truck. Upon return the car and two hoboes were gone. The hoboes looted $23.30 from the depot. State police recovered the car Saturday afternoon in Ypsilanti, but the suspects were not found.
