Learning to Discharge Tension Important Part of Growing up
In an interview with The Michigan Journalist Professor Max J. Hutt argues that discharging tension is a key part of growing up. He disputes the idea that comics or rock and roll meaningfully drive delinquency, stressing internal conflicts and social factors. He calls for improving environments and recreational facilities while teaching respect for authority and parental guidance. A Smithsonian $5 1822 gold coin and other curiosities are noted alongside a Brooklyn mosque serving Russian Tartar worshipers.
