The bluegill sunfish creel limit drops from 25 to 15, but inland waters anglers may take 25 bluegills and other species total, with no more than 15 bluegills. Bluegill season runs through Feb 28. Five pike allowed on inland waters and 10 pike on Great Lakes waters, with not more than five northerns, as bass season reopens. Shad added to spearing on connecting waters. muskies and whitefish spearing forbidden between Lakes Erie and Huron. Ice lake trout daily limit removed. Troilers next season capped at 25 pounds and one fish. Wiggle bait dealers must have $5 licenses as minnows do. Goldfish may not be used for bait or as spearing decoys after Jan 10.
