Death of Mrs May Pennington Morden at 117 East Michigan
Mrs May Pennington Morden aged 80 died at her home on Saturday Feb 4 after a long illness. Born May 10 1858 in Macon Michigan she was daughter of John and Mary Pennington. She married Dr W S Morden in 1882 and lived in Saline since 1913. Survived by two children Walter and Mary, sister Mrs Ethel Fowler, five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral held Tuesday at residence conducted by Rev Roy J Miller and burial in Macon Cemetery.

Mrs Lydia Theurer aged 67 died in Saline General Hospital after a short illness. Funeral services were held Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev Arthur Wacker officiating. She is survived by son Karl Edwin Theurer and daughter Mrs Albert Bredernitz of Saline, three grandchildren, a brother Herman Gable of Fort Wayne, Ind. Interment in Oakwood cemetery.
