Fred Neebling of Lodi township died in St. Joseph's Mercy hospital in Ann Arbor last Thursday at 69. He was born October 7 1869 in Freedom township and lived in Lodi since 1909. He married Katherine Rothfifs on December 16 1908. she survives. Funeral services were held at Bethel church with Rev. Baumann. Interment at Bethel cemetery. He leaves two daughters Stella and Melinda, two brothers John of Detroit and Edward of Lodi, and three sisters Mrs Edward Hieber of Ann Arbor Mrs Katherine Hollis of Northville and Mrs Christina Rentschler of Saline.

Alexander S. Rodger aged 80 of Lodi township died suddenly at home on Pleasant Lake road after nine years there. Formerly of Oakland county he is survived by several nephews and nieces. His wife Mary died last November. He attended Saline Federated Church regularly. Funeral services were held at 2 PM Wednesday in South Lyon with interment in its cemetery.
