Mrs. William H. Barr died December 19 after a paralytic stroke. Maud Estelle Congdon born July 26, 1870 in Chelsea married William H. Barr June 3, 1896. They settled in Saline. she had been with Ypsilanti and later Saline Methodist Church. Survived by husband, son Merle Barr of Chelsea, daughters Helen Hart Tanner Ardian Irene Yost Detroit Eunice Taner Saline, sister Nellie Congdon Filldale, fourteen grandchildren. Funeral was in Saline Methodist Church Saturday at 2 p.m. Burial Oakwood.
