City of St Johns Oregon passes ordinance directing sale of Ninthousand five hundred dollars in City Improvement Bonds. Bonds are 500 each, due in ten years, interest not to exceed six percent, payable semiannually. Bonds numbered 482 to 470 to be issued dated June 1, subject to redemption and sale at public auction for at least par plus accrued interest. Council may reject all bids.
