City Council Approves Bonds and Ferry Test Plans

Ferry boat colors secured and test trip set for St Johns. City bonds totaling 7000 were awarded to The First National Bank. Dawson street work to proceed and P R L FP Co right of way condemnation discussed. Bers street partial condemnation adopted. Trolley company assured support for pavement plans. Fessenden street cost ordinance passed. 9500 improvement bonds disposal ordinance unanimously approved.
