City Council Meeting Ends With Lease Talks And Appointments

City council with Mayor presiding discussed dock lease for Crown Columbia Paper Co of Oregon City. After a recess, terms ranged from 176 to 200 dollars monthly with a one year term and options for a second year. An arc light was installed at Hayes and Mohawk. The council also filled a patrolman vacancy, appointing G W Norene, and granted Sunday operation restriction for the new ace. Bills totaling 284.91 were approved.
