Funeral services for Beulah Lynch held at Allery parlors

The funeral of the late Beulah Lynch was held at 3 30 Tuesday afternoon from the Allery Undertaking parlors on east Fifth Street. Rev S R Twitty assisted by Rev French of Carlsbad conducted a brief service before burial at South Side cemetery. A small group of friends attended and the service was described as nicely carried out with beautiful flowers and thanks to supportive friends.

Five Children Burned in Gasoline Stove Blast

Fort Dodge Iowa Sept 27 five children aged ten to three years perished in a house fire caused by a gasoline stove explosion while parents were away. The blaze destroyed the home of Frederick Adamson as the mother was visiting a neighbor and the father had gone to work.

The Southern Manufacturing & Supply Company sues Oliver Pearson and Citizens' National Bank of Roswell NM for 1840.50 alleging a May 10 1905 contract to drill an artesian well in Roswell.
