Roswell school board seeks Luginbill resignation and cancels bond

Roswell Independent School District trustees urged Supt Roger L Luginbill to resign after he recommended canceling a 2.3 million bond issue set for Oct 2 due to major errors in an architect report. The vote halted the bond plan for general facilities and vocational education and replaced architects Alley and Waggoner. AG Reverses Hughes Ruling On Proxy Voter Registration
