LULAC to Host Street Renaming Meeting in Roswell
The Roswell LULAC chapter will hold a public meeting in November to discuss renaming South Main Street as Cesar Chavez Boulevard and an undeveloped Nevada Street as Martin Luther King Jr Avenue. Civic leaders and residents will attend at 1717 W Second St to review costs and social impact amid a divisive prior gathering at the Roswell Public Library.
