The district court in Roswell, Chaves County, NM, set for November 6 1939 a foreclosure sale of a mortgage securing a Henry Russell debt. Special Master Nellie G. Mason lists principal, interest, taxes, and fees totaling 838.15 dollars with the sale of 42 acres in Section 31 Township 10 South Range 25 East plus shares in the Pioneer Ditch Company. Proceeds to plaintiff Union Central Life Insurance and costs, remainder to Clerk. Also an advertising note for Adla Tablets claim.
