D Q Gross, known as the cement walk man, is laying a crossing from the Jaffa Prager block to Roswell Drug and Jewelry Store at Second and Main, and another from the Jaffa Prager block to the Sparks building. He previously built a flood resistant crossing along First and Main. the city and property owners share costs, with more crossings planned nearby.
