City considers alternative utility rates amid council debate

Officials warn eclipse viewers avoid direct sun

BEF to Hear Roswell College Funding Requests This Week

Officials from New Mexico's two Roswell higher education institutions will present capital outlay requests and enrollment reports to the State Board of Education Finance. The 13 member BEF will meet Thursday at the New Mexico Military Institute and Friday at Eastern New Mexico University Roswell to discuss four year and two year campus funding and future projections.

Cox defends UC medical school affirmative action at Supreme Court
