Mrs. Frances Seay Mulkey Dies at 69 in Roswell
Frances Seay Mulkey, 69, of 412 West Seventh, Roswell, died this morning in a local hospital after illness. She was born April 18, 1898, in Roswell, educated at Roswell High and Hollins College, married Reed Mulkey in 1925, and was active in the American Legion Auxiliary and St. Andrew's Church. Survived by husband, two sons Reed C. Mulkey and Dick E. Mulkey, and seven grandchildren.
