Larry Loy, Roswell special services administrator, plans a June proposal to the Planning and Zoning Committee. Aimed at curbing runoff from sprinklers, the measure would levy a $50 fine on property owners whose excess water pools in streets and public rights of way.

Dodson a Spanish and family relations and child development senior is the daughter of Bob and Pat Dodson. applicants must submit an essay a one page summary of OSU activities and honors an official transcript and a recommendation letter from an OSU faculty member department head or adviser.
