A barge hit an Interstate 40 bridge over the Arkansas River in Webbers Falls Oklahoma on Memorial Day emergency crews pulled a car from the water and one person was found dead inside. Officials feared multiple fatalities as divers searched submerged vehicles and cranes stabilized two collapsed bridge sections.
