Roswell district weighs bond needs and budget

Roswell Independent School District and superintendent Roger Luginbill discussed a proposed bond issue for 1974-75 and the district budget. He said needs identified by faculty and staff could exceed 4.1 million in bonding capacity, with an estimated bond of 2.5 to 3 million for roof, pipe, ceiling, heating and cooling repairs. The plan splits into separate questions for facilities including vocational spaces and possibly an Educational Services Center, with public input steps and upcoming meetings to preview findings.
