Cadets and friends at the Military Institute enjoyed a nine to twelve German morning in the gymnasium hall as a Washington birthday celebration. No town men attended as guests. the event was chaperoned by several ladies. Invited guests included Mr. and Mrs. Coulson of Greenville Texas. Cadets received a holiday, with a special dinner prepared for the occasion.
