Magnolia Petroleum Company of Dallas asks the Federal Power Commission to rule it is not a natural gas company. Notice of Appeal in Water Right Case
A notice of appeal was filed in district court by W C Urton and others from the state engineer approving Armstrong and Armstrongs transfer of water rights for irrigating 350 acres from land east of Roswell to the Berrendo district north of Roswell. Farmers meeting approved the appeal, arguing the transfer harms existing water rights. The appellants are represented by Hurd Crile and Carpenter. Armstrong and Armstrong by Hervey Dow Hill and Hinkle.
