Roswell to gain pine lumber mill with rail connection
J C Elliott of Weed plans a Sacramento mountains mill with a traction engine and four steel cars to haul pine lumber to Roswell. The project includes a 20 000 foot per day capacity, a 100 by 50 foot tank for logs, a Roswell Artesia line, and a 12 500 foot car load.
