NewTex Partners hearing on oil unit in Chaves County
The New Mexico Oil Conservation Division will hear NewTex Partners LLC case 15815 at 8:15 a.m. August 31 2017 in Santa Fe. The request seeks a 320 acre non standard oil spacing unit for the San Andres formation to be pooled with the Bonanza 5 well, with Hadaway Consulting as the operator and a 200 percent drilling risk charge. The project area lies about 33 miles northeast of Roswell. Also included is a separate notice of sale in Roswell in a bankruptcy related matter involving Wells Fargo Bank and PennyMac Loan Services with sale set for September 6 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at the Chaves County Courthouse.
