Autopac time payment plan notices go out in Manitoba
Manitoba Public Insurance says over 219,000 second installment notices will be mailed today for May 31 renewals. The time payment plan splits premiums into three installments for most passenger cars and select vehicles, with a $12 administration fee. About 30,000 more motorists will receive notices in coming months. Nearly 10,000 more chose time payments this year versus last year.
