Rossburn RM April meeting motions on tax sale laws and finance
The Rossburn Rural Municipality council approved revisions to tax sale rules to enforce a one year redemption limit and authorized title transfer to purchasers after lapses. They urged joint studies on a permanent voters list, grants in lieu of taxes for wildlife lands, and attendance at regional meetings. The minutes also note increases in provincial grants, denied funds for Blue Lake upgrades, library expansion support, beaver control permission requests, staff hiring, and scheduled adjournment to May 14 1979.
