The Community Information Service board and director J M Rutar met in the council chamber annex on Monday May 7 at 2 00 p m for their annual meeting chaired by Rev R Burton Fr C Soeterboek presented the financial statement which was adopted The director reviewed the information scope and resources contacting agencies and people The area served includes Roblin Rossburn Birtle and Langenburg with inquiries from Canada and the United States The board for the ensuing year includes Rev R Burton Lorraine Abbott Fr C Loeterbeek Jean Johnson Agnes Burgess Joan Robert Jackie Clement Dorothy Dent Mrs H Lorimer An effort will include representatives from Rossburn Angusville and Foxwarren to improve communication.
