Rossburn council approves multiple by law readouts and grants
The Rural Municipality of Rossburn held an 10 00 AM meeting March 8 1982 with Reeve John Mitchell and councilors. Motions approved include first and second readings for By Laws 1103 1106 creating reserve funds and a Centennial 84 reserve, audit and levy notices, insurance payment, liquor permit endorsements for Rossman Lake Sports Day and Parkland Harvest Festival, land sale with reserve conditions, and scheduling of the 1983 Court of Revision and June tax sale. Council endorsed liquor permits and urged Manitoba to adopt emergency communications recommendations.
