Rossburn council approves budget and hires changes
The Rural Municipality of Rossburn approves the 1979 budget for the Rossburn Regional Library and absorbs a deficit with accumulated surplus. By law a five year capital plan is adopted, a replacement on the Rossburn Follow-up Home Committee is named, and property purchases are discussed for festival facilities and a race track expansion. Delegations address Parkland Festival property, air strip talk, and road plans, with next meeting set for June 11, 1979.
