Bob Mazur won the Manitoba Senior Baseball League batting championship with a .442 average for the Angusville Cardinals. Recreation news highlights Rossman Lake events and golf clinic
Over the past two weeks Rossman Lake hosted swimming lessons with 100 plus registrations including adults and toddlers. A July golf clinic drew about 20 golfers each night on July 6 and 11. A Sunday fun day at the golf course offers prizes and 50 cent entry fees at 1 30 p.m. Next Saturday August 5 features a snooker and black ball tournament with $1 entry plus table fees and cash prizes. entries close August 3.
