Rossburn Agricultural Society annual meeting minutes 1983

The Rossburn Agricultural Society held its December 1 1983 annual meeting in the Town Hall with 17 members present. Minutes from the November 8 1983 meeting and December 1 1982 annual meeting were adopted along with the 1983 financial statements. Council reports covered MQHRA and MHRC topics and 1984 purse, wagering plans, and 1983 problems. Officers for 1984 were elected and numerous appointments and committees established.
