Christmas Holiday Greetings Across Havelock Community
Local families and relatives from Havelock and nearby towns shared Christmas visits and travel this week. Mr. and Mrs Arnold Barth and family, Mrs Edith Pike of Rolfe, and many others joined kin gatherings in Hull Ames and Missouri while Mrs Ada Henderson flew to New Orleans for the holidays. A car accident near LeMars ended with brakes failure sending Kenneth Wells’ vehicle through a plate glass window.

Rev. William Goetz of Tripoli escaped injury as a rear dual wheel loosened from an oncoming truck struck the pastor's car. The impact damaged the vehicle for about 250 dollars.

Regional Soil Conservation Meetings Declared Successful
