Des Moines visitor Mrs Sam Nicoson spent Thursday in town. Mr and Mrs Robert Wise hosted Sunday dinner with Beverly at the Sam Wise home in Manson. Lars Boyd visited Algona to see Phil Jacobsen. Mrs Boyd returned home later. A 9 pound boy, Roger Neal, was born Feb 6 at Fort Dodge Lutheran Hospital to Mr and Mrs Nels Truelsen. Several regional guests visited the Carpenters in Rolfe and Pocahontas attendees joined the group. 4 H club plans invite local girls for Feb 11 with Garfield Go Getters assisting. Kinnick to lead the new club on Randall Melson farm east of Rolfe.
