Vows Exchanged In Pocahontas Wedding Ceremony
The Pocahontas nuptials featured Naomi Strong as maid of honor and Carol Hofer as bridesmatron. The horizon blue gowns complemented floral bouquets as a 300 guest reception followed at the United Presbyterian Fellowship Hall hosted by the McLain and Sharp families. The bride, a Plover High School graduate, is employed as Chief Clerk for the Pocahontas ASC Committee.

Local Library Extends Reading Program After Storm
Mrs. DeVaul notes July 26 storm delayed the reading program but set a week extension. Of 124 participants 15 adults and 22 children completed the reading requirement. Volunteers assisted. 44 new books and 23 Bible Institute books plus 75 RCA records arrived. Junior High may borrow records now. Reading is happiness and education.
