Rockport Civic Prize Offer Promotes Cleanliness and Cleanup Day
The Civic Improvement Association of Rockport announces two first and two second prizes for best kept lawns and yards with three and two dollar awards. A citywide cleanup day will follow in summer with district prizes for rubbish piles. Seeds will be given to students to promote spring planting and a neat city appearance ahead of summer visitors.
