Miss Sandra Kay Winterfeld and Curtis Evan Wynia exchanged vows August 18 at Gur Sevior's Church with Rev. E Seland officiating. Parents are Mr and Mrs Wilbert Winterfeld of Rock Valley and Mr and Mrs Louis Wynia of rural Rock Rapids. The bride wore white satin with an empire waist and lace trim, paired with a venise lace veil. Maid of honor was Mrs James Den Hartog, bridesmaids Mrs Dennis Weets and Mrs Vern Van Beek, with Denise Dayelaar as flower girl in blue and white attire.

Mrs Arie Vogelzang Vander Feen 89 of Hawarden died August 28 at Sioux Center Nursing Home. Funeral August 30 at United Methodist Church. Burial Grae Hill Cemetery. Born October 10 1882 in Leeuwarden Netherlands she moved to the United States as a child and settled in Orange City. She married Frank Vogelzang in 1899 then Annc Vander in 1930. Survivors include two sons two brothers a sister two stepsons two stepdaughters and many grandchildren great grandchildren and a niece.
