Local Woman Wins 250 Prize in Rock Valley Cash Draw
Mrs. Florine Wendett of 802 14th Street won $250 in a Thursday night cash drawing sponsored by a group of eighteen Rock Valley businessmen. The winner heard her name at 8:30 PM at George's IGA. She plans to donate part to her church and a mission in Ethiopia, with other funds for family needs and possibly a Texas visit to see her parents and Wendell’s father.
