Rock Valley housing president Bill Van Maanen says construction on a five unit low rental building should start mid June. The project totals 61135 with FHA loan funding of 580,000 and extra 2000 added to loan bringing total to 580,000. The group owns two adjoining lots at the corner of ih Are and Highway 18 and seeks 2250 in corporate memberships to cover operating costs. The committee hopes to raise remaining funds and may sell the land to the new entity for future expansion.
