Approve Local FHA Project for Rock Valley Housing
Rock Valley in the Sixth District gains FHA funds for low rent housing toward a five unit $50 000 project with about $2 000 of $4 000 base funds secured. Sioux County includes Hospers Boyden and Hull four unit structures also approved. Local leader Bill Van Maanen urges $25 memberships to support the program and notes a 3 percent fifty year mortgage with rent $50 to $70 per month including utilities.
